The overall project consists of a 2 story multi-tenant office building.  The building amenities include natural lit public spaces, elevator, restrooms on each floor, large general conference room and a shared employee lounge. Additional design features include new parking lot, shared tenant storage facilities, and a partially exposed southern building façade to allow for a leasable basement.
