Office – New Construction

The proposed 3 phase design required the ability to allow for future expansion of a medical office building and associated parking.  The entire building was to be located on an existing hospital campus on a preselected parcel of land.  Our design complemented the existing campus architecture, provided an easy connection to the existing Hospital on campus and created a highly efficient use of the land parcel while proposing the most cost effective phased approach towards the master plan.
