Assisted Living – New Construction

This new 44 unit CBRF consists of two separate and distinct interior spaces in which 18 units are designed for memory care and 26 units are designed for frail care.  The layout of the building is rather unique in that the frail care portion of the building serves a dual purpose as the main entry and the lobby for the frail care wing.  This efficient design allows staff to occupy the center core of the building and provide better care for both distinct resident care models.
