Nursing Home – Alteration

This 88 bed skilled nursing renovation consisted of converting the existing skilled nursing to a skilled care rehabilitation center.  In addition to redecorating the buildings entire interior; the existing double occupant rooms were converted to single occupant rooms. Remodeling consisted of alterations to the existing bathing rooms and demolishing the interior center core of the building and replacing it with a large therapy department.  Located adjacent to the therapy department in the existing courtyard a rehabilitation path was proposed as a portion of our proposed design.
