The facility, adjacent to the Maplewood Nursing home, provides 24 units of assisted care, consisting of two efficiencies, two 1-bedroom and twenty spacious private rooms.

An entry porch welcomes visitors along with a gracious Great Room and dining/activities area for conversation and enjoyment.  Three separate lounge areas provide ample space for a quiet retreat.  An outdoor landscaped courtyard is overlooked by the dining area, which provides a clear view through a glass façade.  Reading material is available in the Great Room, surrounded by ample shelving and light.
