Assisted Living – New Construction

The project, which was built in two phases, was constructed into the side of a hill providing impressive views of The Baraboo Range Natural Landmark.  The building consists of a variety of tenant types under one roof.  The first floor of the building contains a 24 unit assisted living (CBRF) wing serving the frail elderly, a 17 unit assisted living (CBRF) wing serving memory care residents and an outpatient medical office.  The buildings exposed lower level contains an outpatient therapy and a 12 station dialysis clinic.
