Milwaukee's Industrial Historic District along St. Paul Avenue has become home to various businesses specializing in design and decor, so it was the perfect home for the third generation family-owned furniture store to relocate to.  This former warehouse allows for a beautiful open concept with large windows that fill the space with light, highlighting both the historic brick and unique custom made furniture being sold.  We worked with the owner to keep the historic integrity of the building while sill maintaining a contemporary space.  A modern storefront design was incorporated along with a new south staircase, guest bathroom, and second floor office space.
