Owning a local coffee shop was a

life-long dream for one of our clients. 

After scouring various buildings in

Lake Country, she chose a quaint,

historic building in downtown Hartland.  

We completely opened up the first

floor to create the coffee shop which

features a gas fireplace and a small conference room the customers can

use.

The building was refreshed with a

new paint scheme, signage, and lighting.  In front you can find a small porch where customers can enjoy their coffee outside overlooking the charming historic street.

With the business continuing to grow 

the owner decided to expand.  SHA worked closely with the owner to renovate an upstairs apartment to incorporate more coffee shop seating,

a conference room, and office.
