Marcus Theaters purchased an existing movie theater in Country Club Hills and asked Schroeder and Holt to convert it to meet their aesthetics and standards.  The exterior was refreshed with new lighting, paint, and signage.  The interior of the building was given a major overhaul throughout, including the auditoriums, corridors and lobby.  The lobby now features a new ticket booth, concession stand, Take Five Cocktail Lounge, and a 50's themed diner known as Real Sizzle.  The 16 auditoriums were extensively remodeled and now feature Dream Lounger recliners.
