CBRF units licensed CNA; Independent Living – New Construction
The strength of the All Saints campus is its ability to create a residential neighborhood for aging seniors. This phase 3 addition to the community unites four distinct groups of residents to create a continuum of care campus while maintaining a residential, community like atmosphere. The neighborhood focuses around a new town center that serves as the heart of the campus.
The journey to town center begins with panoramic views of the surroundings from a skywalk that connects an existing 144-unit apartment building to 48 new units of independent living located above town center. From the skywalk, residents can make their way down a grand staircase and into an entry rotunda. From there, they enter the main street corridor which leads to town center.
Town center features a central dining area, café, beauty salon, chapel, activity spaces, green house, outdoor gardens, and various retail spaces. Large windows provide ample daylight and views for all community spaces located in town center. The building provides residents with a variety of spaces ranging from smaller areas of individual reflection to larger social gatherings spaces to enjoy with friends and family.
The independent living apartments encompass 48 units providing a mixture of one and two bedroom units to choose from. The building is situated on a hill which provides residents with a beautiful view of the city from their private balconies and generous living spaces. They also enjoy private in-unit laundry and full kitchens in all independent living units.
A 63 unit assisted living facility is also connected to town center and consists of a mixture of studios, one, and two bedroom units that contain kitchenettes and private bathrooms. These residents are also able to enjoy their own dining facilities, living and activity areas, spa bathing rooms, and outdoor patios.
The addition of the new 63 unit assisted living facility allowed for a renovation to the existing assisted living building on campus. These existing units were converted to a 40-unit memory care facility which was completed shortly after the completion of the phase 3 project. Construction of the All Saints campus occurred in multiple phases which allowed the community to maximize the number of residents served during construction and provided all residents with multiple levels of care to best fit their needs.
After completion of this project, the All Saints Campus now consists of 24 condo units, 192 units of independent living, 40 units of memory care, and 63 units of assisted living. Future stages of the All Saints campus will include the addition of 40 skilled nursing units and amenities catering those resident’s needs. The property also allows for additional condo and senior apartment buildings to be added in the future. With this project now complete, residents can join the community and progress through the various levels of care that are provided.
